Is this blog layout too wide for your screen?
It’s like asking “are my boobs to big?” Well — actually they can be.
but, no. I like widescreen layouts
But you should ask people who use 800 x 600 screens
Yeah, I like the wide layouts, too — and I have no idea how it looks on a smaller screen, because I don’t have one to check it on, gah.
So — if anyone has a smaller screen and this shows up with a lot of scroll bars, will you let me know?

It’s wrapping for me (i.e., adjusting itself to whatever window size I stretch or smoosh it to).

It’s fine for me. It can be squoze from the right, but the left sidebar stays wide.
works for me. If you minimize it… the middle and right get smaller the left stays the same.
Is it showing up really dark? It’s supposed to match my official site — I will probably end up putting the theme switcher up there, so that anyone can go back to the old version, if they like.

Yesterday you made me spit out my diet pepsi with the pirate STD song. This morning, I just inhaled my tea.
WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL ME?
This fits my screen just fine, but something must be wrong because I’ve yet to see a ship or pirate (yellow m&m or otherwise).
The background color is the color of a hershey bar and is making me slightly hungry for one, but that can be used as an excuse to indulge, so I’m good there.
I’m going to explore and see if I can find the pirates

Nope. When I re-size my browser window it adjusts nicely. FF 3.04 on a PC. Can check on the Mac later.

I’m on a smaller screen (at work) — it still looks fine. A bit narrow in the middle, but looks fine.
Okay, now you can choose which theme you prefer — the new (default) one, or the old one (Lazy Meljean)

Not too big, but the dates are gone…
It adapts itself nicely even though my bookmarks are open but my not so good eyesight is not so happy about the white on dark brown contrast in the left and right column or the yellow on white slight outlines for the comment box down here…
Heh, I’m an “if it isn’t broke don’t fix it” person and quite liked your old layout.
I wonder why it’s showing up brown for some people? Does my main website look brown, too? It is supposed to be burgundy.
Yeah, I don’t like the comment box and setup here, either. Will slowly try to fix it.
And don’t forget — if you prefer the old layout, you can go to the theme switcher on the upper right hand column, and it should save your preference.
