I heart this book.

I have a soft spot for dandies. And Loretta Chase. And characters who try to understand one another rather than falling into the all-too-easy misunderstanding trap that you think is coming, and are wonderfully surprised when it doesn’t.

And that is all.

Miss Wonderful is so good! I love Loretta Chase’s books – have you read the second one yet Meljean – Mr Impossible? It’s even better!

Oh, yes. In fact, I read MR. IMPOSSIBLE first, because this one had slipped under my radar when it came out, and had to go back and find it. And it was actually a re-read for me (a comfort read, because I was blllllleeeeeeerrrrghing yesterday in bed.)

Chase made it all better.

I read Mr. Impossible first and I didn’t think Miss Wonderful was as…well, wonderful. But a ‘okay’ Loretta Chase is almost greater than everyone else, so. :)

I think that I like MR IMPOSSIBLE better mostly because of the action involved, and the setting. The characters and the progression of the romance I ended up liking equally well.
