Guardian Giveaways and Reviews

Second — Ana at the Book Smugglers just wrote a review of Demon Forged that might be better than the book, and they are giving away one copy. The review does have minor spoilers for the series (at this point, that just can’t be helped) but skim through quickly if you don’t want to know.
LMAO! I didn’t HATE her! lol! I’m just harsh in general on heroines. But I totally make up for my dislike of Emily in the reviews to come.

@VampFanGirl: lol! Well, Emily did make some stupid decisions. My hope is always that a reader will think she makes up for them, but maybe it was a story that would have worked better as a full-length novel to make up for her early stupidity.
I think we are all harder on heroines than heroes. I’m a totally heroine-centric reader (and writer) — so if she doesn’t work for me, the hero can be the Best Character Ever and I still won’t love the book.
