Adding to the TBR.
Not counting the research stuff, I got in, yesterday:
My sister immediately took BLOOD SECRETS because I said it was like vampire CSI, which she loves, and then had to put it down after there was a foreward or something that compared the hero to Gil Grissom until, she said, she got that image out of her head. Of course, she didn’t give it back to me, because she’s a bookwhore like that.
Also, the book with the cover that I drool over.
It almost looks like a Luis Royo painting, who was hugely influential on my image of Lilith. I forgot to add Kelly’s BEAU CRUSOE, and when I looked for it at my local B&N it wasn’t there (although all but one of VISIONS OF HEAT had sold out). And I also need to add SUPER MOM SAVES THE WORLD now (okay, really, I’m linking to this one because you need to scroll down that page about halfway, and look to the left. Yeah. Hee.)But I did not get one that I really wanted, because it’s still in hardback. I may crack soon, though. Because I’m weak that way.

I just got Bishop’s Sebastian today.
After reading the first of her non-Black Jewels books and being disappointed, I’m not willing to shell out for hardcover.

May — I liked Sebastian better than some (cough bam cough) but still I wish it had been darker. I’m hoping that Belladonna will go a little more that way.
That Demon’s Delight cover is gorgeous. It’s killing me not to be able to go and buy books at Powell’s–that’s one definite downside of China. I downloaded my first eBooks the other day, and I just can’t curl up with my laptop the way I do with a book and a cup of tea. I really, really want the hard copy of Demon Angel so I guess I’ll have to wait until I come home in June. Damn it!

I forgot to order Blood Secrets, but may have to go looking for it today. I’ll be curious to hear about Atlantis Rising–hemming and hawing over that one.
I wasn’t sure about buying Demon Delight. Then I did and was pissed off because as soon as I got home last night I saw an email from amazon for like 3 bucks less.
LOL but everything that came in the mail today really means I shouldn’t whine.
