Dawn Maness, Bonnie, and Sarah – Please contact me!

I think my notification e-mails are going into your spam folder! Please check the next post to see if you are the Dawn Maness*, Bonnie, and Sarah who won The Iron Duke ARC. Because time is a factor in this contest, if I don’t have your postal mailing address by Friday, September 3rd, I will have to re-draw new winners for the ARC**.

If you got an e-mail from a Melissa K — that’s me! You can reply to that e-mail address, too. Or you can contact me with your mailing address using this form.

*I’ve already heard from the other Dawn. So other Dawn, don’t panic! Yours is in the mail.
**If this happens and you contact me after the 3rd, I will send a final copy to you. So you will still have won a copy of THE IRON DUKE — just not the ARC.

Just wanted to say, I think you’re awesome to try so hard. I missed out on an ARC win once because I was on vacation for a measly week. It still stings. ;-)

@willaful: Agh, that’s tough. I know if it wasn’t an ARC, I wouldn’t have the same time constraint (and wouldn’t worry as much about my e-mail in the spam folder) … they could contact me next year and I’d send it :-D But by then, there’s just no point in an ARC.

I made it home from vacation to find the contest on your website. I didn’t enter because I thought: “Hey, you read the blurb and it sounded interesting and you are absolutely going to buy it, but let some people enter the contest, who are reaaally crazy about this book.” A couple of days later I had “Here there be monsters” in my mail. I read it, somehow kept from fainting, went to your webite…and the contest was already closed.
“Here there be monsters” was so absolutely brilliant, that all of a sudden “yeah, I’ll buy the “iron duke” thingy” turned into “WANT BOOK NOW. GIVE BOOK. WHY THE FREAKING H** ISN’T IT OCTOBER YET”. I am foaming at the mouth as I write ^^ I am so looking forward to that book and people: Check your spam folders. You could be missing a mail that will bring you the “IRON DUKE”… *faints*

Uh and sorry for ever calling a book of yours “thingy” in my mind. Won’t happen again <3

@Marirra: lol! Trust me, I’ve called it worse. While I was writing the last half, it was THE STUPID MOTHEREFFING THING THAT’S GOING TO KILL ME!

Also, yay! I’m glad you enjoyed the novella :-)

I *WOULD* panic. ;)

My daughter had an interesting conjugation pattern going when she was younger. My DH and I still use it amongst ourselves. As in, “DH, you can’t stay up all night watching A Haunting in Wherever”, who replies “I WOULD stay up all night. I WOULD!” (and then he does… sigh)

Panic averted – I’m bouncing around, hoping it arrives by the weekend. I really looking foward to this totally awesome thingie!!! Have begun mentally prepping the story explanation part of the review. :D
