Awesome — this is somewhat off-topic, but I’ve always wondered, who picks/approves/designs the covers for your books?

bnjammin — I’m planning a post about that pretty soon. But the short answer is, although I do put in my suggestions about the look of the book (not for anthologies, though–they usually just have a theme they’re going with — this one is blood/vampires/sex/action, obviously
) and tell my editor which covers out there I like that I think would fit my story, it’s primarily all done between the editorial, art, and marketing departments.
Christine — I do love the back … but on this one, I have to admit its her quadriceps that I’m admiring most. Those are some amazing pegs.
