New Years’ Giveaway winners!

And thanks to random.org, we have our winners! Thank you to everyone who entered! – the turnout was awesome, and because I’ve had such a great holiday (and because a giant box of books arrived last week) I’ve picked fifteen additional winners, who will receive The Iron Duke mass market edition, which releases on Tuesday.

Please look for your name in the list of winners below. If you’re there, please go to my giveaways page and enter your mailing information before January 31st.

Important: I will sign all of the copies, and unless you tell me otherwise, I will sign it to the first name entered into the mailing address form. If you plan to give it away to someone else, though, or if you just want me to sign it without adding your name, please let me know (there’s a “special notes” section in the address entry form).

This means I have forty-five books to mail out! I will do my best to send them in batches over the next two weeks, so if it takes a little time, don’t panic! But if you don’t receive them by the end of the month, please feel free to let me know, and I’ll check the tracking numbers.

The “OMG! It’s Almost 2012!” Giveaway

The title pretty much says it all. I have a huge shelf full of Demon Marked, Angels of Darkness, and Heart of Steel, and I just don’t need them. (I’ve already read the books, after all.) So I’m giving away 10 copies of each in order to make room for 2012 releases.

Whee, that means I’m kind of like a mattress warehouse!

Entering is easy. Just comment before midnight on January 1st, 2012, and mention which book you’d like to win! If you also want to share your favorite holiday gift, your new year’s resolution, or the reading highlight of this year, please feel free!

And! I recently received my translated copies of The Iron Duke, but I don’t need more than one! So I’m giving five copies of them away to readers here.

I do have one stipulation, though, and I’m sorry for it — these need to go to someone who reads German. I know! This totally sucks of me, because I know it’s kind of cool to have foreign editions, in the same way it’s awesome to have ARCs … but I really want these to be read (and hopefully enjoyed) for the story inside rather than just the packaging.

Many of you know my friend Jill Myles from the Odd Shots blog and from our Wild & Steamy anthology. (Remember the sexy shifter threesome? Yeah, I know you do. That was hers.) Well, next week she’s coming out with a new shifter story under a new name: Jessica Sims.

I was lucky enough to get a chance to read this book earlier this year, and I gotta say: this is a hell of a lot of sexy fun. No threesomes this time, but a really fabulous hero and heroine, a secondary couple to die for (I’m really looking forward to the sequel), and a creepy-as-hell villain.

There are many choices near-the-top, but the one anthology novella whose story has stayed with me for years and who I can reread again and again and still like is Loretta Chase’s The Mad Earl’s Bride. It’s about a woman from the family as her heroine in the incredible Lord of Scoundrels. Saying anymore would spoil the plot that is as good as the characters. It’s in Three Weddings and a Kiss and also in the anthology Three Times a Bride – published 15 years later. How’s that for longevity ^^.
