Did I mention I’m filling in again at Odd Shots today? Heh. Yeah. Still getting used to this double-blogging thing (does that sound dirty or what?)
The signing at Powell’s was FANTASTIC! Marti from Powell’s was as amazing as always, and it was great catching up with both authors and readers. Debut author Margaret Mallory sat on my right, and I pimped DEMON ANGEL to her and now I just hope she doesn’t laugh at the medieval sections (“Aye”) since she writes in that quickly disappearing subgenre — and I pumped Jean Johnson (this sounds dirty, too) for information about her upcoming book, SHIFTING PLAINS (a kind-of prequel to her Sons of Destiny series) and stuff she has on proposal. Thank you so much to everyone who came, and to Nicola and Bridget Locke, who put up with me afterwards and let me stuff them with tater tots. I didn’t take my camera, so no pics, but if any show up around the blogs or at Rose City RWA, I’ll try to remember to link to them here.
