If you are international: Unless I have the book on hand (I don’t have many) I will be sending all print books directly from the Book Depository so that the shipping costs don’t break my soul in half. Please let me know in the shipping notes whether you want me to send a signed bookplate to include in your book. For U.S. & Canada: I will be buying the copies that I don’t have on hand from a local bookstore, signing them, and then shipping them out. I’m slow! So for both international and domestic, please allow a couple of weeks for shipping.
