SETON!
Thanks to random.org, you’ve been selected as the winner of THE LEOPARD PRINCE! (Which I am halfway through (the first copy I bought) and enjoying very much.)
I’ll be e-mailing you.
Thank you so much to everyone who entered, and for your stories — so many of those, I can relate to, one way or another.
Here’s one more from me: When I was 21 and living with my younger sister (who shall remain nameless but whose namesake’s lover in Greek mythology was Narcissus) I decided not to go to my mom and dad’s for dinner. Okay, so I was feeling really antisocial, and hadn’t bothered to go for a while. But anyway, I said I wasn’t coming, so she and my older sister (who shall remain nameless but is aptly named ‘withoutwit’ when she posts here) chased me around the house with duct tape, tackled me, trussed me up with the entire roll, shoved me in the trunk of my older sister’s Mazda, put the back seat down so I wouldn’t die, and then drove me (all the while poking at me through that laid-down-back-seat with some pokey-thing like a tire iron) to my mom’s where I spent the next two hours trying to take off the duct tape, and don’t think I ate anyway.
You bitches. 😆 I wish a cop had pulled you over.
I’ll be having a couple of giveaways over the next couple of weeks (um, but hopefully not any more that are due to my lack of brains). The first one is … well, I’ll post it now.
