The “OMG! It’s Almost 2012!” Giveaway
The title pretty much says it all. I have a huge shelf full of Demon Marked, Angels of Darkness, and Heart of Steel, and I just don’t need them. (I’ve already read the books, after all.) So I’m giving away 10 copies of each in order to make room for 2012 releases.
Whee, that means I’m kind of like a mattress warehouse!
Entering is easy. Just comment before midnight on January 1st, 2012, and mention which book you’d like to win! If you also want to share your favorite holiday gift, your new year’s resolution, or the reading highlight of this year, please feel free!
If you are reading this at Goodreads, please come to my blog to enter!
This is the other important part: Check back before January 31st to see if you’ve won. I am not going to chase down thirty mailing addresses, but I’ll send out reminders to check back over social media forums. I will announce the winners here, then link to the list of winners on Twitter and Facebook. So, however you came to this blog — via a link, a feed reader, or just browsing my site — please remember to repeat that process after New Year’s Day! (I’ll probably be giving away more books that week, anyway.)
Also important! Robots are alive and well in 2012, but most of them want to enlarge our penises. Please help me fight spambots by NOT putting your e-mail address in the body of the comments. If you win, I can verify your identity through the e-mail address you give when your enter your name into the comment form. For example:
The small print: Comment by 11:59:59 PM Pacific time on 01/01/2012 for your chance to win. Ten winners of each book (Demon Marked, Angels of Darkness, and Heart of Steel) will be selected randomly using random.org, and their names posted on this blog 01/02/2012. Winners must provide Meljean with their mailing address by January 31, 2012 or the prize will be forfeit. Only one entry per ISP address. The contest is open to international readers. No purchase necessary to enter. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. Void where prohibited.
